Each item is custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues such as selecting the wrong size or color, or if you simply change your mind.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll arrange a free reprint or a full refund. To process your request, please email us at support@femmepod.com with an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. This step is essential to confirm the damage occurred during our production or shipping process. You do not need to send the damaged product back.
Important Notice: At Femmepod, we encourage customers to double-check their selections before placing an order, as we are unable to offer refunds or reprints for items ordered in the wrong size or color.
For failed delivery attempts, please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete at checkout.
For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed items, a variation of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is considered acceptable and does not qualify as a defect.
Important: Please record a full unboxing video when you receive your parcel. The video must clearly show the package being opened, the entire t-shirt, its design, and any visible issues or damage. This video will be required to process any return or exchange requests.
To process a return, exchange, or refund, a video showing the issue is required. Without this video evidence, FemmePod will be unable to proceed. You must clearly demonstrate that the product received is defective and the fault lies on our end.
Slight tshirt color may vary: Several factors can influence how colors appear online, including your screen’s resolution, display type, color calibration, lighting during the photoshoot, and even personal color perception. As a result, the colors you see on your device may differ slightly from the actual product colors. The colors of the t-shirt may appear more vibrant or saturated online, but in reality, the actual t-shirt colors are more subtle and not as neon.
