There are two methods to install presets in Photoshop aka camera raw.
PS: click on an image to zoom in.
First method to install presets in Photoshop.
First, click on upper right side “down arrow” icon.

Second, click on view on the left hand side top menu.

Third, click on “hidden items”

Fourth, click on “users” folder.
.
Fifth, click on “welcome” folder.
.
Sixth, click on “AppData” folder.
.
Seventh, click on “roaming” folder.
.
Eight, click on “Adobe” folder.
.
Ninth, click on “camera raw” folder.
.
Tenth, click on “settings” folder.
.
Eleventh, now you can to copy-paste the xmp format preset in this folder.

Twelfth, after pasting preset files, now open Photoshop and check if preset is installed or not.

Thirteen, double-click on “camera raw” layer.

Fourteen, click on “presets” tab. Your preset is installed.

Second method to install preset in Photoshop aka camera raw.
First, open camera raw by clicking on camera raw layer and click on three-horizontle box icon as shown in the screenshot.

Second, click on “load settings”.
.
Third, select the preset. But the cons of this method is that it would only load one preset at a time.
