Return and refund are not allowed
Returns and refund are only allowed if the t-shirt printing is bad or wear & tear of a product, then do the below process to apply for return and refund.
1. Do the video recording of the product that you have got a problem.
2. Video recording of unboxing a package.
3. Send these two video recordings+order number+your name at [email protected] along with your written complaint.
NOTE:
- Return/Exchange are not accepted due to color Difference. A minute colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Return/Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order.
- You can’t cancel the order, once you placed.

Shipping cost for every 500 grams pan India is Rs 50 + 18% GST (Total Rs 59)

SHIPMENT POLICY
The shipment will be returned to us if we notice any wrong or insufficient address provided by you or the customer. Under this circumstance, you would have to bear all the reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address with you. It would be best for the customer to contact you before returning any products.
If we get any cancellation notice before the product has been processed, the order shall be canceled immediately and the entire amount will be refunded. But if the product is found to be printed or already shipped, the cancellation request will not be approved.
We reserve right to refuse or cancel any order in certain situation depending on the availability or the quantity of the product for purchase, inaccuracy or error in pricing information. We may ask for additional verification before accepting the order.
Sometime shipment may take 7-8 working days also to dispatch. If your order is canceled after you have been charged, the esteemed amount will be refunded to your merchant account with 15 days. We will not responsible if any shipment is delayed by logistic partners.
